Alexei Prytkov, MD, PhD, FAAFP

Dr. Prytkov was born and raised in Moscow, Russia and received his medical degree at the Russian State Medical University in 1995, at just 22 years old. Shortly after, determined to further his education, Dr. Prytkov received his PhD in Cardiovascular Surgery.


In 2003, Dr. Prytkov and his family moved to the United States where he completed a 3 year Family Medicine residency program at the
University of Oklahoma . After 13 years of providing care in Family Medicine Clinics and Emergency Departments in Oklahoma, Dr. Prytkov and his family moved to Ponte Vedra, in pursuit of his dream of living in Florida. 


With his exceptional diplomatic skills, earned respect from hospital staff and administration, and a gift of empathy, Dr. Prytkov has served as the Emergency Department Medical Director at hospitals across both Oklahoma and Florida. After 23 years of working as a physician, Dr. Prytkov has gained an extensive clinical experience and has connected with people of all ages and backgrounds.                                                                                         

Dr. Prytkov is married to his high school sweetheart and has been gifted with three wonderful daughters: Iya, Valerie, and Alice. As the founder, Medical Director, and staff physician of Urgent Care Cure, Dr. Prytkov is thrilled to provide excellent medical care to the community of Ponte Vedra.

Nicholas Evans, PA-C, Lead APC  


Nicholas Evans is originally from Virginia, where he graduated with his Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Biology. After realizing his passion for medicine, he worked as an EMT at a busy Emergency Department before coming down to Florida for graduate school, where he graduated from Nova Southeastern University - Fort Lauderdale in 2021 with his Master of Medical Science. He then went on to work in Perry, FL, where he gained experience managing a vast array of different medical conditions in an underserved area where access to specialists was rather limited. Nick gained an excellent reputation in the area for his exceptional bedside manner and compassionate patient care. Nick hopes to continue his medical journey in Ponte Vedra and Saint Johns, bringing the same level of patient satisfaction to a new community.

Elizabeth Bettis, PA-C  


Mrs. Elizabeth Bettis, PA-C was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida. She went to High School at Ponte Vedra High School where she was a student in the Biotechnology Academy. Mrs. Bettis attended the University of Central Florida where she obtained her Bachelor degree in Biomedical Sciences. She then attended Nova Southeastern University and graduated in 2017 with her Master’s degree in Medical Science. Mrs. Bettis has four years of experience in Neurosurgery and two years of experience in Pain Management. Through these experiences, she has gained knowledge in surgical techniques as well as both inpatient and outpatient medical management. Elizabeth married her high school sweetheart, and they have two dogs. When she is not facilitating patient care, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her family, working out, and taking long walks with her goldendoodle, Cody, and her mini sheepadoodle Bella.

Luke Bote', PA-C


Luke Bote’, PA-C was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida. He went to High School at
Bishop Kenny High School then attended the University of South Florida where he obtained a
Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences. Before attending PA school, Mr. Bote’ worked as a
Medical Assistant in St. John’s, FL at a Family Medicine and Sports Medicine clinic. He then
attended Nova Southeastern University - Jacksonville and graduated in 2023 earning a Master of
Medical Science in Physician Assistant. Luke graduated with highest honors and was awarded
the Dean’s Award for his academic performances during his tenure at Nova Southeastern
University. When he is not facilitating patient care, Luke enjoys spending time with his dog,
Jonah, working out, going to the beach, and hanging out with friends.

Ian Neuhaus, PA-C 


Mr. Ian Neuhaus is originally from Charleston, South Carolina, and completed a Bachelor's degree at Charleston Southern University with a double major in Biology and Chemistry. After becoming a Physician Assistant at the Medical University of South Carolina, he helped run a rural Emergency Department in Colleton, South Carolina, for the first two years post-graduation. Wanting to spend more time with patients, Ian then worked for the next 5 years at Roper St. Francis, a non-profit network of primary and urgent cares in the Summerville and Charleston areas of South Carolina.

Ian has since moved to the St. John's area of Florida to continue his medical journey while caring for patients. His desire to provide meaningful care for patients, coupled with a personal passion for patient education, has been at the heart of Ian's commitment to medicine. Personal hobbies include spending time with family, music, and music production.

Lacie Paxton, APRN


Ms. Lacie Paxton, APRN is a Family Nurse Practitioner who was born and raised in St.Augustine, Florida. Ms. Paxton worked as a registered nurse for 8 years in the hospital setting prior to pursuing her Master’s Degree. She graduated from the University of South Alabama in 2020 with her Nurse Practitioner degree and has experience working with all ages in both primary care and urgent care. She loves connecting with her patients and helping them meet their health care goals. Lacie enjoys reading the Bible, spending time with her 4 young kids and husband, exercising, and any outdoor activity.

Taylor Haynes PA-C


Mrs. Taylor Haynes, PA-C was born and raised in the South Jacksonville area. After graduating high school in Clay county, she attended the University of Florida where she obtained a Bachelor degree in Health Education. She did two gap years after graduating where she worked in the emergency department as a medical scribe and worked at an orthopedic clinic as a medical assistant/scribe. She then attended Barry University, St. Petersburg campus, where she obtained her Master of Physician Assistant Studies in 2022. After graduating, she worked in Primary Care for about two years where she provided care to many different patient populations in the South Tampa/Bradenton, FL area. She is now back in her home city of Jacksonville continuing to provide quality medical care. When not at work, Mrs. Haynes loves to hang out with family especially her husband and son, going for walks, and listening to audiobooks.

Dustin Caudill, PA-C


Mr. Dustin Caudill was born and raised in Indiana. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a Minor in Chemistry from Manchester University. Mr. Caudill went on to complete his Physician Assistant training at UC Davis in 2017. Upon graduating, he gained extensive experience in patient care by working in both the Emergency Department and Urgent Care settings. In 2021, Mr. Caudill relocated to St. Augustine, Florida, where he has since been practicing in Urgent Care. He is passionate about serving his community and takes great pride in positively impacting the health and well-being of his patients. Outside of work, Mr. Caudill enjoys outdoor activities, spending time with his family, and attending his children’s sporting events.

Becca Knehr, PV Office Manager / Billing Specialist


Rebecca Knehr completed a course at Everest University in Orange Park, FL from 2013 to 2014, where she earned a Certificate in Medical Assisting and graduated the program with honors. After graduation she began her career at an Urgent Care clinic in Orange Park. In 2017, she worked for Beaches Recovery as Medical Manager in Jacksonville Beach and helped clients who suffered with drug and alcohol addiction. 


Rebecca enjoys helping anyone who reaches out for help, no matter what the situation is. She loves to make everyone smile. Rebecca has a son and a daughter and enjoys her time with her family and friends. She enjoys reading a good book and she loves roller coasters.

Alen Avetisov, MA / Receptionist


Mr. Alen Avetisov was born in Uzbekistan and moved to California when he was five, where he lived for most of his life until moving to Florida in 2015. He is currently attending University of North Florida College with a major in Biomedical Science. Mr. Avetisov really liked his experience in studying Psychology, Microbiology, and Virology. He has continuous interest in Psychiatry and Neurology, which he would like to explore further. After graduating from University of North Florida Mr. Avetisov is planning on applying to a variety of MD and DO schools with the goal of becoming a physician. His hobbies include film creation, 2D/3D animations, drawing, music, art mediums, movies, and editing of short films.

Ms. Emra Omerovic was born in Bosnia and moved to Jacksonville, Florida when she was two years old. Ms. Omerovic's most recent trips were visiting back home in Bosnia and exploring Cancun, Mexico. She is currently attending the University of North Florida as a premed student with a major in Biomedical Sciences. After graduating, she plans to attend Medical School or apply to a Physicians Assistant program and specialize in Pediatrics. In her free time, she enjoy walks on the beach, exploring new coffee shops, cooking and traveling.

Ms. Hera Culiqi is attending the University of North Florida with plans to graduate with a bachelor's degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology. Hera was lucky enough to be born in Jacksonville, FL due to her parents and older sister immigrating to the United States from Albania. Mr. Igor Krivoshey dedicated 20+ years of his professional career to work for US Government. Employed by the US diplomatic missions in the Netherlands, Germany and Russia, his home country, Mr. Krivoshey assisted US expatriots there with their medical needs.  Additionally, he used to arrange for medical evacuations from overseas before he moved first to California and then to Florida. Mr. Krivoshey carries over his experience with various medical assistance companies to his current work as of Office Manager / Internal Billing Specialist. Mr. Krivoshey likes spending his leisure time with his family who joins him in his passion for different sports.

Mrs. Kaitlin Patchett, NCMA with a background in Elementary Education, impressive and lengthy experience at First Coast Cardiology group, ENT, and research has been an invaluable part of the Urgent Care Cure team where she enjoys taking care of her patients like family. Mrs. Patchett and her husband have 3 giant dogs and a beautiful teenager. Ms. Merna Alchi, moved from Iraq at the age of 8 years old with her parents in 2009, and has been in Jacksonville, Florida ever since. In addition to her academic pursuits, Merna has distinguished herself through her experience as a dental assistant, having worked in both general and pediatric dentistry. Ebtisam (Tia) Elkaakati was born and raised in Daytona Beach, Florida with second home being in Beirut, Lebanon. As a Neuroscience major, Ms. Elkaakati's aspirations lie in the field of Anesthesiology, with a fascination for the brain and pain perception. Ms. Elkaakati is passionate about healthcare as well as diverse cultures. Ms. Elkaakati is fluent in Arabic and is studying French and Turkish. Helping to bridge the language barrier for recent immigrants, Ms. Elkaakati volunteers as an ESL tutor during her summer breaks. At UNF, Tia is leading the establishment of an organization aimed to educate students on impacts, dangers, and signs of drug abuse. In Ms. Elkaakati's leisure moments, she cherishes quality time with her family, her leopard gecko, and nature!
